How do I place an order?
Ordering from Caballito De Mar is easy! Just click the "Add to Cart" button description page of piece of art you want to purchase.
To check the contents of your shopping cart, click "Cart" button at the top right of the page. To remove an item from your cart, click "Delete" to the right of the product.
You can also specify the quantity of any item in your shopping cart. Type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Quantity" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Adjusted quantities will appear in the cart, as well as your new subtotal.
If the quantity you want exceeds our supply, the maximum quantity we have will appear.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Galeria Caballito De Mar accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). We also accept payment by PayPal. Orders using these payment methods must be placed online through our secure server. The importation of art from Mexico into the U.S. or Canada is duty-free.
Do you make the art you sell?
We work directly with Mexican artists and artisans, both large and small, both urban and rural, from many different locations, throughout Mexico. Everything we offer is handmade, original art.
Are your items mass produced?
All the art we sell is handmade and is often one-of-a-kind or part of limited editions.
Where are your items from?
All artwork is from many locations throughout Mexico. Please look at each item's description for the origin of each piece of art.
Why does my item looks different than on the site?
We try to photograph and offer a detailed description of every item to represent accurately the true nature of the art. Sometimes there may be minor color variations between the website photo and the actual art. Because each item is handcrafted, there might be slight variations from one item to the next.
The item I wanted is no longer available on your website? Can it be ordered?
Possibly. You can send us a message using “Contact Us” on our website. Give us description of the piece and leave a phone number where you can be reached.
